Programs

The Acacia Institute offers programming for women at three levels of leadership development. Having enrolled in any of our programming, women will be lifetime members of the Acacia community for continuing the conversations and relationships and learning with their fellow Acacians.

The first level of leadership programs is for Aspiring High Potential Leaders.  This program is specifically developed for women wanting to build their business savvy and start on the road to effective leadership.  With 12 modules, this program is delivered primarily through webinars and self directed e-learning. Each participant will have access to a leadership mentor as well as the discussion forum for exchanging ideas with fellow Acacians.

The second level of leadership programs is Emerging Management Leaders. This program is designed to boost the skill level of women who have been in the workforce for at least 5 years and have supervised or managed a small team. Participants must have completed the Aspiring High Potential Leaders program or demonstrated through the competency assessment that they possess these skills. There are also 12 modules in this program and while it is delivered primarily through webinars and self directed e-learning there is also a live component to the program which provides an opportunity for participants to meet and strengthen their relationships with both their peers and their instructors. Throughout this program, each participant will have access to a leadership coach, as well as the discussion forum for exchanging ideas with fellow Acacians.

The third level of leadership programs is for Advancing Executive Leaders.  This program is designed for high performing women in senior or executive positions seeking new levels of success.

How will you choose the level that is right for you and/or your employees? While any woman may enroll in the Aspiring Leaders program, before being accepted to either the Emerging Leaders or Advancing Leaders programs, The Acacia Institute will require each participant to complete a competency assessment. This will provide the foundation for delivering a training experience customized to the appropriate level of each participant’s skill development.
