Aspiring High Potential Leaders

This program is specifically developed for women wanting to build their business savvy and start on the road to effective leadership.  The Aspiring Leaders program is delivered primarily on-line through self-directed e-learning and webinars. There will also be interactive sessions where participants can exchange ideas and discuss challenges with their fellow Acacians as well as with their instructor and program Ambassador.

There are twelve modules in the program covering communication, personal power, business fundamentals and of course leadership. Prior to each module, there will be a pre-course competency assessment; as each module is completed, an assessment will be performed to establish the candidate's new level of competency. A follow-up schedule will be developed to provide the participant with on-going support.

Tamena Powers, Co-Founder of the Acacia Institute, is the Ambassador for the Aspiring Leaders program.
